In no case shall ARTCYCLED COUTURE™, our artists, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. SHIPPING & RETURNS
The time it will take for your order to be DELIVERED to you will vary depending on location.
The time to PROCESS your order is 1-3 business days.
Custom/Specialty order processing times vary depending on the complexity of the design.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We will not be responsible for delays due to customs.
PLEASE KEEP PACKAGING OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. All packaging is as minimal as possible. We cherish and respect our Earth home and the majority of the materials are reusable, recyclable or both.
Due to the handmade nature of the work, we do not typically accept returns or perform exchanges but we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Please let us know within 3 days of receiving your package if there is a concern.
We will do our best to make you a blissfully happy customer.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
